is there a way to downgrade your fat psp by using an pandoras battery application on a computer?well i got a fat psp and when i got it , its version was 3.73 and i decided to downgrade so i could put custom firmware on it, but as i found out u can only get your psp downgraded without pandora’s if it is 3.50 below, so is there a method to get it downgraded without using a pandora’s?

No, you need a pandora battery to downgrade. But you can mod your battery(email me aaricchavez@gmail.com). Or I think you can use chickhen.

How to Install custom firmware on PSP 3000 without a Pandora battery?My PSP 3000 has a System Software 5.55. Is there a custom firmware that can be installed with this. Seriously, I don’t want to bother buying a pandora or making my own. Just a website where I can download firmware without VIRUSES.

First whenever u download anything u should run a scan on it before u open it period. Second, u have a psp 3000 which means u can’t use a pandora battery on ur psp, it won’t work. Third, u can’t get a full hck on ur system becuz it doesn’t exist for a 3000 yet. Fourth and best of all, ur in luck. Since you’ve got firmware below the 6.20 that’s out now u can get the chickHen mod for ur psp. It will allow u to play emulators and homebrews but it will also revert back to ofw if u fully shutdown ur psp. So in conclusion u should go to psp-hacks.com and pspmods.com (think that’s the site) and read up fully on psp 3000 and the chickHen software before u try it. I’m sure there are links to the software and again, do not try to use a pandora battery on ur psp.

the pandora battery downgrades all fat psps no matter what firmware.
to use it, stick the memory stick in the slot, stick the battery in the slot.. after a few minutes, remove the battery and plug in the ac charger. there ya go.
