is there a way to downgrade your fat psp by using an pandoras battery application on a computer?well i got a fat psp and when i got it , its version was 3.73 and i decided to downgrade so i could put custom firmware on it, but as i found out u can only get your psp downgraded without pandora’s if it is 3.50 below, so is there a method to get it downgraded without using a pandora’s?

Computer refuses to open port?
Posted on April 24, 2011I am using uTorrent and on my computer port 56993 won’t open. I have a Linksys WRT54G wireless router hooked up to a Windstream modem (Siemens). I also have Norton Internet Security 2008. I have tried to foward the port on my router to my IP on my laptop and make a firewall rule in Norton. However my computer refuses to allow incoming traffic to that port. Any help please?
I have disabled the firewall and antivirus plus windows firewall (Vista)

Disable the firewall and see if it makes any difference. So u’ll find if the problem is down to the firewall or it lies somewhere else. Please try this and post the result.

try this command in ur command prompt:
telnet localhost 56993
if it gives u a blank black window then the port is open on the computer. Please let me know the results.

The files are most likely different formats and/or not saved the same way.
I can’t use saves from my nds emulator on my M3.

How can I get a psp emulator and games for it to play on my computer?I want to get an psp emulator and games for it for my computer because I can’t get a psp for right now. I want to know where i can get it for free online and how to work it. I don’t mean an emulator for the psp I mean an emulator for the computer to play psp games like how they have the visual gameboy for the comp. I have windows xp. Someone please help.
